Working from home is incredibly common here, with 57.9% of the workforce doing so, a massive increase from 8.7% in 2011. Those who do commute enjoy a very short 9-minute drive to the city.

The population is relatively stable, as the proportion of people who moved in the last five years is lower than the national figure. Recent arrivals from overseas have also fallen since 2011.

The workforce is dominated by professionals and managers, who together make up over 67% of occupations. Unemployment is low at 3.6%, which is a little below the state average.
