First Nations residents in the area have a typical personal income of $745, which is well above the national figure of $540. The typical age for this group is also much lower than the national average at 18 years.

Homes are typically larger than average, with 3.1 people per household. This is consistent with the high number of couples with children, who make up 70% of all families.

The area is almost entirely made up of separate houses (98.7%), with 98.3% of homes having three or more bedrooms. Mortgage payments are high, with the typical monthly payment being $2,000.

Most people rely on cars, and only 5.8% of the workforce works from home, which is far below the national figure of 21%. However, 93.3% of homes are within a short walk of public transport.
