A highly educated and affluent community, Woden Valley is one of the most professional areas in the territory. It is a place of significant contrast, where a large proportion of residents hold university degrees and earn well above the national average, while also being very welcoming to new arrivals from overseas. This mix of high-earning professionals and a growing migrant population has created a diverse, well-qualified suburb that is exceptionally walkable and closely connected to essential services.
