The community is highly transient, with 82.4% of people moving in the last five years, which is far above the national average of 40.7%.

A very high proportion of adults are working or looking for work (81.4%), and full-time employment is well above the state average at 66.4%.

The area is mostly car-dependent, with very few homes within a 15-minute walk of groceries or health services, though most are near a park or school.
