The area is entirely dependent on cars, as there are no public transport stops or routes. Only 3.9% of people work from home, which is far below the national figure.

The community is very stable, with only 26.5% of people moving in the last five years, far below the national average of 40.7%. There were no recent arrivals from overseas.

Half of the adults are working or looking for work, which is much lower than the state average. Full-time employment is slightly higher than the national figure at 61.1%, with many residents working as labourers or in trades.

The area is very car-dependent, with a walkability score far below the state average. While most homes are within a short walk of a school or park, there are no groceries or health services nearby.
