The area has a high number of people living alone (36.4%) compared to the rest of the state. Most households consist of two people, and the typical home is slightly smaller than the national average.

Every home in the area is a separate house, and a huge 75.8% are owned outright, which is far above the national figure. Renting is very uncommon here, occurring in only 9.1% of homes.

The community is entirely dependent on cars, as 0% of residents use public transport to commute and no one works from home. Every single household has at least one motor vehicle.
