The area has no public transport routes or stops, making it entirely reliant on private vehicles.

The population is quite mobile, with 43.3% of residents having moved house in the last five years, which is well above the state average.

Job activity is much lower than in most areas, with only 44.4% of adults working or looking for work.

The area is completely car-dependent with no shops, parks, or health services within a 15-minute walk. The terrain is also steeper than the state average.
