Mount Compass and Clayton Bay (L) are two different types of residential areas in South Australia. Mount Compass is a younger, family-focused hub where 22.7% of people are children and typical household incomes are far higher at $1,685 a week. In contrast, Clayton Bay (L) is a retirement-heavy area with a typical resident aged 61 and a much lower typical household income of $796.
