Singleton Paxton

Singleton and Paxton (L) are two different types of residential areas in New South Wales. Singleton is a larger hub where renting is far more common at 31.1%, and it has far more people earning $2,000 or more a week (15.7%). In contrast, Paxton (L) is almost entirely made up of separate houses (99.5%) and has a much higher share of people with no religion at 49.5%. Residents in Singleton also have much better local access to groceries and health services within a 15-minute walk, whereas 0.0% of homes in Paxton (L) are within that distance of either.

Both areas share several traits, including very similar home-loan payments and a nearly identical share of people who have served in the Defence Force.
