Shoal Bay vs Van Diemen Gulf

Van Diemen Gulf and Shoal Bay (NT) are both sparsely populated and largely non-residential areas in the Northern Territory. Because there are no residents in either location, there are very few differences between them, though Shoal Bay (NT) has far higher street connectivity.

Both areas have zero schools, public transport stops, and public transport routes. This lack of infrastructure is consistent across both places, and the gaps between these measures have not changed over time.
