Gunn Point vs Van Diemen Gulf

Van Diemen Gulf and Gunn Point are both sparsely populated areas in the Northern Territory. Van Diemen Gulf is effectively non-residential with no people living there, while Gunn Point has a tiny population of only three residents.

Both areas are very similar in that they have no schools, public transport routes, or transport stops. While they share these traits, Gunn Point has a far higher level of street connectivity than Van Diemen Gulf.
