Koolpinyah vs Van Diemen Gulf

Van Diemen Gulf and Koolpinyah are both sparsely populated areas in the Northern Territory. The main difference is that Koolpinyah has two schools within 3 km, while Van Diemen Gulf has none. Koolpinyah also has far higher street connectivity than Van Diemen Gulf, though both have very few intersections per square kilometre.

Both areas have tracked identically since 2011, remaining largely non-residential with no recorded population. They are also similar in that neither area has any public transport routes or stops.
