Remainder of State/Territory and 20,000 to 49,999 are two very different environments. Remainder of State/Territory is a car-dependent area where homes are overwhelmingly detached (94.8%) and more likely to be owned outright (43.7%). In contrast, 20,000 to 49,999 is somewhat walkable and has a much higher share of renters at 30.4%. A huge gap exists in local access; for example, 90.7% of homes in 20,000 to 49,999 are within a 15-minute walk of a park, compared to just 16.8% in Remainder of State/Territory.
