100,000 to 249,999 and 4,999 or less are two populous areas located about 62km apart with very different layouts. 100,000 to 249,999 is more walkable, with a typical resident who is 37 and a higher share of people with a bachelor degree (19.7% compared to 11.6%). In contrast, 4,999 or less is mostly car-dependent and has a higher proportion of separate houses, at 89.0% compared to 75.6% in 100,000 to 249,999.
