Rural Balance and Other Urban are two very different environments located far apart. Other Urban is much more walkable, described as somewhat walkable, while Rural Balance is car-dependent. There are sharp contrasts in housing and lifestyle: 47% of Rural Balance homes are owned outright compared to 34.5% in Other Urban, and 22.1% of people in Rural Balance work from home compared to just 6.6% in Other Urban.
