Since 2011, the gaps between these two areas have often widened. The difference in the share of overseas-born residents and people working from home has grown, and the gap in separate housing has increased significantly. Yet, they remain remarkably similar in some basic ways; both have a typical resident age of 40 and the same number of people per home. This stability exists alongside a national figure for typical weekly personal income that both areas sit slightly above.
