Clark and Bass are two Tasmanian areas with similar population sizes, but they offer very different ways of living. Clark is much more urban, with 94.2% of homes within a 10-minute walk of public transport and a typical commute to the city of only 20 minutes. It is also more qualified and diverse; 36.7% of adults have a bachelor degree or higher and 19.3% use a language other than English at home.
