Richmond Forde

Forde and Richmond are both large areas, but they have very different residents. Forde is much younger, with a typical age of 35 and a larger share of children under 15 (21.9%). This is reflected in the housing, where separate houses (83.4%) and homes with three or more bedrooms (85.4%) are far more common. In contrast, Richmond is far older, with a typical age of 46 and 25% of people aged 65 and over. Richmond also has a much higher share of homes owned outright (40.5%).
