Wanguri and Fong Lim are neighbouring areas in Darwin with very different housing and family profiles. Wanguri is a family-oriented area where 81.4% of homes are separate houses and 83.5% have three or more bedrooms. It has a much higher share of children under 15 (23.0%) and more people caring for children unpaid. In contrast, Fong Lim has a higher proportion of flats or apartments and a much higher share of renters (55.3%).
