Durham vs Tanbar

Durham and Tanbar are both sparsely populated areas in Queensland. Durham has a small population of 31 people, while Tanbar is effectively non-residential with 0 people. There are very few services in either place, though Durham has a far larger number of public transport routes and stops than Tanbar, despite both actually having zero.

Any gap between them is barely moving, as both areas remain strictly car-dependent. They share a similar landscape with a low terrain slope and no homes within a 15-minute walk of groceries, health services, parks or schools.
