Garland Valley vs Wollemi

Garland Valley and Wollemi are both sparsely populated areas in New South Wales. Garland Valley is largely non-residential with just 22 people, while Wollemi is effectively empty with a population of zero. Even with these small numbers, there are a few differences; Garland Valley has far higher street connectivity and a larger share of food and drink amenities, while Wollemi is mainly defined by its parks.

Both areas sit near the national figure for the share of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. This similarity exists alongside a lack of infrastructure in both places, as neither has any schools, public transport routes, or transport stops.
