Gungahlin and Molonglo are nearby areas in the ACT with very different layouts. Gungahlin has many more separate houses (66.2%) and larger homes, with 79.1% having three or more bedrooms. In contrast, Molonglo has far more apartments and a much higher proportion of residents with a bachelor degree or higher (55.5% compared to 42.9% in Gungahlin).
