Carindale and Nundah are nearby suburbs in Greater Brisbane with very different housing styles. Carindale is much more likely to have separate houses, with 71.1% compared to 56.5% in Nundah, and far more homes with three or more bedrooms (81.2% versus 62.3%). This is consistent with Carindale having a higher share of larger households and more people caring for children unpaid.
