Barron vs Manunda - Portsmith

Barron and Manunda - Portsmith are two nearby areas with very different layouts. Manunda - Portsmith is very walkable, with 86.6% of homes in a 15-minute-city walkshed and 95.8% within a 10-minute walk of public transport. In contrast, Barron is only somewhat walkable, and far fewer of its homes are within walking distance of schools, groceries or health services.
