Belmont vs Swan

Belmont and Swan are nearby Western Australian areas with very different layouts. Belmont is a very walkable area, with 89.8% of homes in a 15-minute-city walkshed and 99.6% within a 10-minute walk of public transport. In contrast, Swan is only somewhat walkable, and only 51.9% of its homes fit that same walkshed. Belmont also has far higher street connectivity and more homes within a 15-minute walk of schools (88.8%) and groceries (80.4%) compared to Swan's 66.2% and 50.5%.
