In contrast, Greater Adelaide has a higher share of detached houses (75.0%) and larger homes, with 76.6% having three or more bedrooms. However, some gaps are widening; the difference in typical weekly household income has grown to $529, and the gap in people working from home has surged to 29.1 percentage points. Despite these shifts, both areas provide a similar level of accessibility, with about 96% of homes within a 15-minute walk of a park.
