The languages spoken in homes across the area, beyond English.
A jump in the number of people speaking a language other than English is the big story for 5,000 to 9,999, where this figure rose 8.3 percentage points since 2011. Now, 21.3% of residents use another language at home, a figure that is much higher than most similar areas.

English and the largest community languages.
While English is the main language for 62.8% of people, others include Tagalog, Punjabi, Mandarin and Arabic. Despite the rise in non-English speakers, those who speak little or no English make up only 1.9% of the population, which is a little below the national figure of 3.4%.
