It also has a higher share of renters at 34.1% and more one-parent families at 20.8%. In contrast, Dumbleyung (L) is a smaller, older settlement where the typical resident is 50 and 46.0% of homes are owned outright. Many of the gaps between these two places have shifted or widened since 2011. For example, the difference in typical age has flipped, and the gap in overseas arrivals has grown from 2.2% to 18.7%. Despite these changes, they remain alike in some ways; both have about 17% of their population under 15, and around 21% of residents in both areas are volunteers.
