These two areas are very different in size and layout. 1 million or more is a very walkable urban hub where 97.3% of homes are within a 10 minute walk of public transport. It has a more qualified workforce, with 26.4% of adults holding a bachelor degree or higher, and a higher share of people who use another language at home (23.1%). In contrast, 10,000 to 19,999 is much more likely to have high earners, with 31.8% of households earning $3,000 or more a week.
