Braddon (Mersey) and Lyons (Derwent) are two Tasmanian areas with very different layouts. Braddon (Mersey) is much more walkable, with far more homes within a 15-minute walk of public transport (82.8% compared to 48.5%) and health services (37.3% compared to 20.6%). It is also a notably older area, where the typical resident is 45 and 24.2% are seniors.
