Coomera and Springwood are two growing Queensland areas with very different housing and age profiles. Coomera is much younger, with a typical resident aged 31 and a higher share of children under 15 (25.6%). It is also a transient hub where 59.6% of people moved in the last five years, and renters make up a far higher share of households at 41.5%. In contrast, Springwood is more established and walkable; it has a typical resident aged 38 and a far higher share of homes owned outright (27.9%).
