Manly and Davidson are neighbouring Northern Beaches areas with similar populations, yet they offer very different lifestyles. Manly is a high-density hub where 49.2% of homes are flats or apartments, and 35.5% of households rent. It is highly walkable, with 95.6% of homes within a 15-minute walk of groceries. In contrast, Davidson is dominated by separate houses (76.0%) and larger homes, with 82.6% having three or more bedrooms.
