Belconnen Evatt
Belconnen and Evatt are neighbouring areas with very different characters. Belconnen is a high-density hub where 63.6% of homes are rented and 74.9% are flats or apartments. It is a diverse, mobile area where 50.4% of people were born overseas and 46.3% use a language other than English at home. In contrast, Evatt is dominated by families in separate houses, with 96.7% of homes being detached.
