Mandorah vs Parap

Mandorah and Parap are neighbouring areas with very different characters. Mandorah is sparsely populated and largely non-residential, while Parap is home to 2,819 people. Parap is a walker's paradise, where 100% of homes are within a 15-minute walk of a park, school, and public transport, and 98.8% are near groceries. In contrast, Mandorah is car-dependent; it has no public transport stops and no amenities within a 15-minute walk. Parap also has a much larger presence of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with 151 residents, compared to none in Mandorah.
