Butlers Gorge vs Lake St Clair

Lake St Clair and Butlers Gorge are both sparsely populated areas in Tasmania. Lake St Clair is largely non-residential with only 9 people, while Butlers Gorge is even smaller with no recorded population.

Both areas have remained consistently empty or nearly empty since 2011. They share a lack of schools and public transport, and neither area has any recorded Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander residents.
