Eradu South vs Wicherina South

Eradu South and Wicherina South are both sparsely populated, largely non-residential areas in Western Australia. Eradu South has a tiny population of five people, while Wicherina South has no residents. Because of this, Eradu South has far higher figures for amenity types within a 15-minute walk, with 11.1% of homes located within a short walk of a park.

Both areas have tracked similarly since 2011, remaining almost entirely undeveloped. They are both car-dependent and lack local schools, groceries, and health services within walking distance. Their terrain is also very similar, with a mean slope of around 4.6% to 4.7%.
