American Beach vs Dudley West

Dudley West and American Beach are both sparsely populated areas on Kangaroo Island. Dudley West has a small population of 25, while American Beach is largely non-residential with no residents. There are significant differences between them: the typical resident in American Beach is far older at 72 compared to 50 in Dudley West.
