Marthavale vs Ryans

Ryans and Marthavale are both sparsely populated, non-residential areas in East Gippsland. Because neither area has any residents, there are no differences in their populations or demographics. Some technical measures show gaps, though both record zero for street connectivity and have no schools, public transport routes or stops.

These two areas have remained effectively identical since 2011, with the gap between them barely changing over time. Both are largely empty spaces that sit well below national figures for population density.
