Marion and Unley are nearby South Australian areas with very different profiles. Unley is a wealthy, highly educated hub where 46.5% of adults have a bachelor degree or higher and typical weekly household incomes are well higher at $1,999. Marion is more residential and spacious, with a far higher share of separate houses (70.6%) and larger homes; 76.9% of Marion's homes have three or more bedrooms compared to 61.4% in Unley.
