Heavitree vs Ilparpa community

Heavitree and Ilparpa community are neighbouring areas in the Northern Territory with very different profiles. Heavitree is more developed, with far more people who speak a First Nations language (46.7%) and a larger First Nations population. It also has better access to basics, with 23.8% of homes within a 15-minute walk of groceries and 31.8% near public transport.
