George Town vs West Tamar

George Town and West Tamar are two nearby Tasmanian areas with very different layouts and community profiles. West Tamar is far more connected, with 67.8% of homes within a 10-minute walk of public transport compared to just 34.8% in George Town. However, George Town has more families living close to education, with 40.5% of homes within a 15-minute walk of a school, while West Tamar ever only 25.7%.
