Holroyd and Parramatta - Central are neighbouring areas with very different layouts. Parramatta - Central is a walker's paradise with far more street intersections per square kilometre than Holroyd. Residents in Parramatta - Central also have much easier access to basics, with 94.1% of homes within a 15-minute walk of health services compared to 73.7% in Holroyd.
