Maitland vs Singleton

Maitland and Singleton are two nearby New South Wales areas with very different layouts. Maitland is much more walkable, with 52.2% of homes in a 15-minute-city walkshed compared to 26.9% in Singleton. Residents in Maitland have far easier access to essentials on foot, with 72.8% living within a 15-minute walk of a school, while only 36.8% do in Singleton.
