Brisbane and Moreton are nearby areas with very different housing and lifestyles. Brisbane is a high-density hub where renting is far more common (53.5% compared to 35.5% in Moreton) and many more people live alone. Moreton is more suburban, with separate houses far more common (72.6% versus 34.3% in Brisbane) and a much higher share of homes with three or more bedrooms. These differences are linked to their layouts; Brisbane has much higher street connectivity and more public transport, while Moreton is more car-dependent with longer walks to transit.
