Better schooling outcomes are becoming common in Liverpool, where the share of people finishing Year 12 rose 11 points since 2011. While university degrees are less common than the state average, more people are gaining higher qualifications than in the past. This shift is supported by a large network of 72 schools serving nearly 50,000 students.
